Supplementary item is an extra item that is added to the sales order line when a certain quantity of item is purchased or as a bonus.
Product information
management – common – release products

Select the
product for which you must add a supplementary item.
Click supplementary sales item option that is in the sales module.
After that, this page would appear u have to select item code as tables, if you select all (this is for all the customers that who are purchasing the item that supplementary item is added), if you select group (this is for the group of customers).

You
have the give the customer account in the account selection.

Multiple
quantity in for the quantity is divided by the given number.

Optional
is for that the item is for optional purpose.
· In the quantity limit you can set the limit; the limit decides whether to give the supplementary item or not.
Then start creating a sales order for that customer and that item. If the item quantity is on limit or above, the given supplementary item would be available by clicking sales order line – supplementary items
This message would be appearing after adding the supplementary items
The items would be added in the sales order page.
Then as usual continue with the sales order procedure
